  • I see a charge but I can't login
    If you haven’t received an email to watch, try logging in with your email address at to access True Royalty TV video content.
  • I'm having troubles signing in to watch
    If you’re having trouble signing in with your password please consider the following possibilities Did you sign up with a typo in your email address, or a different email address than the one you are using? Try to find the confirmation email from when you signed up to verify the email you should be using. Punctuation makes a difference. If you signed up with but are trying to sign in with our system considers them two separate addresses. The end of your email address matters. and may be the same for Google, but our system will see them as two different email addresses. Wit those possibilities in mind, here are some ways to log in on the web: If you don’t have a password, or your password isn’t working here is how to set/reset it 1. Click “Sign in” in the top right corner of the page and enter your email address 2. Click Next. 3. Underneath the password field select “Reset your password” 4. Enter your email address on that page and select “Reset password” to confirm. 5. If you are an active customer, you will be emailed a link to set a new password. Please check your inbox for that link. If you didn’t receive an email to reset your password, it’s likely that you are using an incorrect email address. Please try any other emails you have. Search your inbox for “Start watching” email from VHX (You can search “Start Watching VHX’) If a password is not required 1. Click “Sign in” in the top right corner of the page 2. Enter your email address, if you are an active customer you will be immediately emailed a link that will sign you in once clicked. Open your email inbox and click the sign-in link. 3. You will then be signed in so you can start streaming your True Royalty TV content. Note: If you did not receive an email to sign-in, it’s likely that you’re using an incorrect email address. Please try any other emails you may have signed up with. Check all of your inboxes for a ‘Start watching VHX’, and be sure to check your junk/spam folder as well.
  • I may have signed up with the wrong email
    If you’re able to log in, you can change your login email address at any time on your settings page. If you don’t know your password and are unable to reset it because the reset emails would be going to an address you can’t access, you’ll need to contact us and help verify you’re the account owner. To help the process go as smoothly as possible, please include the following information when you write in using the form below or emailing us at The email address currently on file for your account (if you know it) The last 4 digits of the card you used to sign up for the subscription The expiration date of the card on file The approximate date of your last charge
  • Can I gift True Royalty to someone
    Absolutely! We have multiple subscriptions available for gifting, and you can also send it for any occasion, just visit our Gifting Page.
  • I received True Royalty as a gift
    If you received a True Royalty TV subscription as a gift you can sign in and begin watching. Please note that the account was set up under the gifter’s payment details. You can update the billing information on this page: Click Here To watch the service, all you need is your email address to access on any of our apps, or online here: You have the option to trigger an activation link to your inbox, or create a password, whichever you prefer, then you can start watching on any device. No password required, you input the code to your inbox.
